Security authorization:

No deposit is required when booking.

When you pick up your e-bike, you’ll be asked to complete a one-time $1 verification payment to authorize us to securely store your payment details.

By completing this authorization, you agree that we may charge up to $350 if the bike is returned damaged, lost, or not in accordance with our rental terms.

We will always notify you before processing any such charge.
